Boat Launching Rubber Air Bag , Inflatable Air Bags For Shipping
Marine rubber airbag is an innovative product of Chinese own proprietary intellectual property rights. It has wide application like ship launching & upgrading, caisson lifting & moving, heavy weights lifting, underwater-engineering buoyancy aid. The marine rubber airbag is not limited to space and heavy machinery, which could efficiently shorten the construction period and save lots of funds.
Marine Rubber Airbag also known as rubber airbag, ship air bags, ship launching airbag, ship salvage airbag, boat salvage airbags, inflatable airbag, ship lifting bag, air balloon, made by rubber & multi layer of rubber-dipped tyre fabric.
ship launching airbag are widely used in launching and landing ship/ boat/vessel, lifting and moving heavy goods, salvaging stranded boats.
boat landing airbags are very popular with shipyard, ship owner, and marine supplies company now.
High Bearing Capacity
Inflatable rubber airbag’s main technical requirement is regulated in CB/T 3795--1996 published by China State Shipbuilding Corporation.
xincheng adopts new rubber formula and high-strength enhanced synthetic-tyre-cord layer, which improves the airbag’s bearing capacity two times more than CB/T 3795--1996 standard.
The synthetic-tyre-cord layer of marine airbag adopts dipped Nylon-6 1400dtex/3-V2 tyre cord.
The strength & durability of airbag improves 20%, compared to polyester tire cord which is widely used by friendly competitors.
Xincheng rubber is one of the earliest manufacturers of ship airbag, our products can totally meet the ISO 14409 standard. It is able to carry 200000 DWT ship launching, lead and innovate the relevant safety technology of ship airbag in ship discharge and launching. Compared with the traditional launching method, the Marine airbag is of great environmental protection, because the Marine airbag can assist the ship launching at any seaside, so there is no need to worry about the construction of launching facilities. We once produced a 35-meter long airbag for the launch of the Indonesian customer, which broke the record of 33 meters at that time. Our Marine airbags enjoy a high reputation all over the world, not only in Asia but also in Africa, the Middle East, Oceania, South America and North America.
