Pneumatic Rubber Fender also known as Pneumatic Marine rubber fender or Yokohama rubber fender, it is often installed on the terminal or ship, which aims to absorb or reduce the collision energy between ship and ship or ship and dock. This kind of product can protect the ship or dock from the damage of collision.
Pneumatic rubber fender is the advanced anti-collision device for marine application in the world. It is made of synthetic nylon lines and compressed rubber sheet. With inner compressed air, it can float on the water and widely used as protecting medium. The structure of Rubber Pneumatic Fenders:
The outer rubber layer protects the cord layer and inner layer from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tear strength to withstand any weather condition and hard usage
The cord layers are arranged at ideal angles to hold the internal pressure and to distribute the stress evenly. The fenders cord layer is constructed by means of integrative twine technology and consists of polyamide fiber with high tensile stress, so that the fenders have unique strength and uniformity in different directions.
